Any Visas Requirements?

Previously, we used to recommend obtaining the visa on arrival due to its straightforward process. However, since August 2019, the process has become slower, prompting us to suggest obtaining the visa online instead. You can apply for the e-visa at the following website:

https://eservices.immigration.go.tz/visa/

Please note that the e-visa processing time can take up to 3 weeks. If your arrival is imminent, we still advise obtaining the visa on arrival. This is particularly applicable if you are entering via an overland transfer between Maasai Mara and Serengeti (Isebania or Tarime border).

The visa fee is $50 USD per person, except for U.S. citizens who are required to pay $100 USD per person. Some countries necessitate a referral visa in advance. If you are a citizen of any of the following countries, kindly contact us: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Chad, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Kazakhstan Republic, Kyrgyzstan Republic, Lebanon, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Palestine, Senegal, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Somaliland, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Syria, and Yemen.

Furthermore, certain countries have nationals who do not require a visa. For the list of these countries, please refer to the following link:

What of Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

We place great importance on addressing your specific needs. Once you book with us, we will provide you with a form where you can communicate any dietary preferences, restrictions, or specific requests you may have. Subsequently, we will share this information with all the hotels in advance to ensure they are well-informed and prepared to accommodate your requirements

What of Accomodation before and after Safari?

While it is our customary recommendation, we highly encourage early morning starts for our safaris to make the most of your experience. Additionally, on the final day, we aim to alleviate any concerns about reaching the airport on time. However, we understand that circumstances can vary, and we are flexible in accommodating your preferences. If you prefer, we can commence the safari upon your arrival at the airport and conclude it with a drop-off at the airport as well. In such cases, we strongly advise scheduling flights to arrive in the morning on the first day and depart in the evening on the last day to allow for a smooth transition.
