Our closely-knit community consists of employees primarily residing in Arusha town, fostering a strong bond and mutual respect among everyone, from management to guides and porters. As part of our commitment to ethical practices, we consistently meet and adhere to the standards set by the Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project to ensure fair treatment of our porters.
